Have you ever felt like you’re trying hard and not getting any satisfaction?

Of course, you have! All. The. Time. You and I both know it’s a horrible (and stressful) way to live.

Here’s the deal: we have a knack for filling our time, our bodies and our lives with stuff we know isn’t good for us. We take the easy way out cause we’re lazy, wanna feel better NOW, or just don’t feel like fighting for what’s right for us.

When we feel badly about ourselves, our moods are shit and we’re overwhelmed AF, we fall into the trap of, “But I try so hard!!!!” 

I know you want to want to self-care, but do you really try?
