Fear says: I am not enough.

The fact is: I came with everything I need to get through this life in a healthy and happy way.

Fear says: If I were more like everyone else, I’d be a lot cooler (and happier!).

The fact is: The truest expression of myself comes from unlearning social norms, not learning to fit-in.

Fear says: I’m a mess and can’t handle life.

The fact is: My feelings are solid cues that I need to make a change within myself or, even more likely, in my environment.

Fear says: I’m paranoid, less than and inexperienced.

The fact is: My instincts about situations and people are worthy of my attention.

Your turn…
